A typical repair takes about an hour, or costs about $80 plus tax. As computers and users are different, so are repairs. Your pricing could be more or less. Most parts come with installation included in their price. Cash, Checks, Paypal, VISA/MasterCard, Diners Club and Debit accepted. Training or tutoring is available on an appointment basis. REPAIR RATES:

Service call $65

Includes travel to the site (first 20 miles) and the first 30 minutes of service. Travel  over 20 miles is 75 cents per mile. 

Hourly Service $50

15 minute time blocks at $15 each.  On the 4th block, the $5 is added for a total of $50 an hour. 

Any portion of a block is equal to the whole time block itself.

BUSINESS RATES:

Hourly rates are the same as above.   ---   Maintenance contracts are available for multiple machines.
